Showcased at a beautiful location in the Ballroom of The opulent Savoy Hotel in London, Maria Grachvogel's collection was a spectacular display of gorgeous floor-sweeping gowns revealing subtly sexy bare backs in butter soft and silky smooth fabrics paired with amazing shoes and stunning jewellery. Later featured wide-leg trousers teamed with olive-coloured silk shirts, luxurious sleek jumpsuits and feminine pencil skirts with front pockets. Metallic gold lamé was teamed with leopard prints and then again with mannish tweed. The colour-palette varied from prints in striking hues from reds to multi-colours mixed with olive and rusty brown to deep lavender and charcoal grey. I was a very elegant and sophisticated collection for the modern day fashionable woman. Make-up was clean and polished with a simple curled in hair-do. It was magnificent fitting right into place at the Savoh- Nothing but sheer-glamour presented through a free-spirited jazz girl.
